CURAJ Project Staff Recruitment Details
Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) has invited applications for the post of Project Staff (SRF/JRF) for an ANRF-funded research project in the Department of Biochemistry.
Project Information
- Project Title: Development of bacteriophage tail protein-based therapeutics targeting carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and its biofilm
- Funding Agency: ANRF, India
- Duration of Project: 03 Years (2026 to 2029)
- Job Location: Bandarsindri, Kishangarh, Ajmer, Rajasthan
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification for JRF: Master’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life-Sciences or allied subject with a strong academic record and a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Essential Qualification for SRF: Master’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life-Sciences or allied subject with a strong academic record (minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA), plus two (2) years of mandatory research experience.
- Desirable: Working experience in Gene Cloning & Expression, Drug Designing, and Molecular biology Animal Cell Culture. Preference will be given to SRF candidates if found suitable.
Fellowship
- SRF: Rs. 42,000 + 10% HRA
- JRF: Rs. 37,000 + 10% HRA (if a suitable SRF candidate is not available)
Selection Process
Selection will be based on qualifications followed by an interview. The date and time of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email only.
